●蕃茄1顆                                                 ●生菜6片
●檸檬半顆                                               炸料
●鹽1小匙                                                 麵包粉

1.先醃雞柳條,把醬油4大匙,糖1大匙,太白粉1大匙,肉桂粉1/2茶匙,蒜頭2瓣,雞柳條6條先醃4~6小時.
